According to meterologist
Christina Sanjuan,
We’ll make a run at record heat each day this weekend, with Sunday looking the toastiest in the middle 90s with sunshine.
This extreme heat is to be shortlived, however, as Tuesday will bring a significant cold front. The temperatures Tuesday morning will be in the upper 40s to low 50s and will continue to drop throughout the day. Tuesday is predicted to be windy and cloudy, with windspeeds between 20 and 30 miles per hour. There is the possibility of rain/snow in the morning. There is a 60% chance of precipitation and a potential for 1 to 3 inches of snow accumulation in the afternoon.
The rest of the week is predicted to be relatively dry. Wednesday will be partly cloudy with a high around 50 degrees and windspeeds of up to 10 miles per hour. The rest of the week is set to be warmer, with highs in the 60s and 70s. This period is expected to be mostly sunny. Windspeeds between 8 and 10 miles per hour can be expected.
